A project at the intersection of psychology, Eastern philosophy, and the age of AI. For people moving from survival mode to creator mode, from self-sabotage to conscious creation, from the identity they inherited to the one they actually chose.
Civilisations evolve through two things: the tools they build, and the consciousness of the people who use them. Get the balance wrong and the tool destroys rather than builds. Fire warms a home and burns one down. Yet, we keep forgetting this...
A society does not progress beyond the consciousness of the people inside it. A person does not evolve beyond the limits of their own self-image, their nervous system, their unexamined interior architecture. Knowledge lands in the mind; the body runs the programme.
Change happens when mind, body, and the energetic layer move together. That is the work — for the individual and the collective, the personal and the civilisational. WBH exists to make it practically usable.
Five doors into the same room. Read in any order.
Each one is a different angle on the work of being a conscious human creating with purpose.
Five stages. The map is non-linear — you may move through it more than once.
You stop forcing and start transmitting. Creation flows from your most aligned state, not from strategy or performance. Your presence becomes the signal. Like water finding its level, the work moves without force. The right people find it without you having to chase them.

Seven years ago I started pulling on a thread. Psychology led to philosophy, philosophy led to Eastern traditions, Eastern traditions led to metaphysics, consciousness science, energy work — the places where disciplines that aren't supposed to talk to each other start saying the same thing.
I graduated with a BSc in Psychology, trained as a yoga teacher, and spent the years in between doing the inner work that doesn't have a certificate at the end: shadow integration, identity dissolution, and the slow rebuilding of something that actually felt aligned and alive.
thenFor the last three years I've been inside the creator and AI economy, working closely with entrepreneurs, startups, solopreneurs, and content creators across the globe. Building systems. Observing how tools reshape the way people think, create, and operate, and how easy it is to 'optimise' yourself into something efficient but completely disconnected from who you actually are. That pattern, more than anything, is what WBH is a response to.
I sit at the intersection of three worlds that don't usually share a room: the science of how the mind works, the ancient wisdom of how consciousness evolves, and the practical reality of building something human in the age of AI.
I'm not finished with any of it. I'm still in the middle of the process I teach. If any of it meets you where you are, I am glad you wandered in.
Not rules. Just the few things we keep returning to, the few that have not gone stale.

We make at the pace a tulip opens. If it cannot be finished in a sitting, it can be finished in a season. We are not in a hurry.

A real sentence beats a sharp one. We try not to perform. When we are confused, we say we are confused.

AI is here. We use it like we use a kiln. Heat shapes the clay, but the hands are still ours, and the choosing is still ours.

In a world designed to pull your attention in every direction, staying fully here is a radical act. We in the way we show up. Presence is not a feeling you wait for. It is a form of attention.

Few minutes. One thought, one reading, one question. It arrives on Sunday morning, when nothing is loud yet.
