I’ve always been fascinated that we’re alive, conscious, and able to experience the world. And when you’re a kid, that sense of magic comes naturally.
As I got older, I followed the typical path. I did everything I was supposed to, hoping it would lead to the promised land of success. But with each step, I felt less alive.
Wherever I went, university then offices, it was the same: everyone stressed, everyone exhausted, scripted conversations that never went deep. I wanted off the ride but kept riding anyway, not knowing what would happen if I did. And while I was busy noticing all of this in everyone else, I ended up on autopilot too.
What scared me most was waking up empty every day no matter what I did or achieved, wondering whether that was simply how life is supposed to feel... that this was just “how things are”.
When I finally hit a breaking point and asked for help, all I got was a label and a quick way to numb myself. Nothing that explained where it came from, and nothing I could actually do.
I didn’t want the feeling muted, I wanted to know why it was there in the first place.
THENI went looking for answers. I studied psychology to understand the mind, which led me to philosophy, then Eastern traditions, then metaphysics, consciousness science and energy work. Disciplines that aren’t supposed to talk to each other kept saying the same thing in different words.
I have a BSc in Psychology, am trained as a yoga teacher, and am currently studying Human Design. Since 2019 I’ve been doing the inner work that doesn’t come with a certificate. I realised that all the labels I had collected in my effort to be perfect had made me lose touch with who I really am. I couldn’t tell what was truly me and what was just me mirroring others. I’ve been through the cycle of falling apart and rebuilding more than once, and I’m still in it.
There’s no finished version of you waiting at the end. It’s a delicate balance, and even small stresses can throw you off. That’s why self-mastery is something you keep working on, not something you finish and leave behind.
nowSince 2023, I’ve worked with creators and entrepreneurs worldwide and keep seeing the same pattern.
They get so preoccupied with producing, and producing fast, that they become human doings instead of human beings. They start something they love but end up burning out, as the pressure to go faster and bigger takes over. They lose sight of why they started as they hand off the thinking and creating to a machine to keep up.
Then the disconnected feeling appears.
And because AI shapes itself to whatever you ask, it becomes the easiest thing in the world to outsource your work to. Writing, thinking, making art. Taking your inner world and putting it out there for others to see. That’s how humans connect, and we’re outsourcing it so results arrive faster and we don’t fall behind.
But if you outsource your human essence, what’s left? If you outsource your thinking, who’s in charge of your life? If you outsource your creativity, why create at all?
AI also works like a mirror. So if you don’t know yourself deeply and are easily controlled by noise, trends and labels, it gives that back to you, louder. You end up buried under it, making things that aren’t yours, generated as fast as they’re forgotten, with no roots.
That’s how you can end up with all the success and still feel hollow.
I’m here to help you reconnect with yourself and with life, so you can create something deeply, weirdly, truly human.
